How LunaForm handles damaged, defective, incorrect and return requests.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or heavily used fitness accessories may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Approved refunds
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable.
