Shipping
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, supplier processing delays, or international logistics delays.
Once tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed before they are handed to the delivery partner. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Returns
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or heavily used fitness accessories may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
If your return or issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
